Adaptive Flow Sound Bath

This class blends gentle movement. breathwork, and will end with meditation that includes the vibration and sounds of singing bowls.

With a focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and joyful movement, participants will be guided through accessible yoga poses, encouraging body awareness, balance, and inner peace. The resonant tones of sound bowls will fill the space, promoting a sense of calm, focus, and emotional well-being the final 20 minutes of class.
