June 19-23 Join Meddy Teddy on an ocean adventure full of mermaids 🧜♀️ and pirates! Yoga, art, singing, and plenty of games that promote mindfulness and include peaceful breathing!

About the event
We will meet under the beautiul gazebo in Mindowaskin park with yoga games and singing.
Walk to town with a scavenger hunt and arrive for bathroom and snack time at
Brassy Buddha Yoga studio. Here we will do an art activity followed by lunch which includes a mini ono bowl! After lunch we will learn ocean themed yoga poses and finish in our imaginary pirate boat for a peaceful meditation. Each child will have their own Meddy Teddy bear for the duration of the camp.
